Our History
Our journey began in the 90s as a small department of a cash services provider with the mission to record counting results digitally. This spirit of innovation has made us one of the leading providers in cash management.
Key Milestones:
- 1996: Spin-off of CMS Cash Management Systeme GbR in Leipzig
- 2006-2008: Development of the ICC platform for REWE to efficiently monitor cash movements
- 2019: Acquisition of Safelogy France and expansion into Switzerland and the EMEA market
- 2020: Integration of IT Kompetenz from Hamburg, allowing us to cover nearly 100% market share in cash center ERP systems in Germany
- 2024: Part of the YUVENDA group – another milestone on our growth path
