Our history
Our journey began in the 1990s as a small department of a cash-in-transit company with the mission of digitally recording counting results. We have retained this innovative spirit to this day and have become one of the leading providers in cash management.
ALVARA milestones (selection):
1996: Foundation of CMS Cash Management Systeme GbR in Leipzig
2006-2008: Development of the ICC platform for REWE to efficiently monitor cash movements
2019: Acquisition of Safelogy France and expansion into Switzerland and the EMEA market
2020: Takeover and integration of IT expertise from Hamburg
2024: Part of the YUVENDA Group - another milestone on our growth path
