Over the course of the year, our team experiences a variety of highlights. Exciting customer projects, new product developments and enhancements, and newly established business partnerships are just three examples. However, one event is always at the very top – and firmly set: our BargeldDialog Retail. For the 19th time, we are delighted to invite our customers and interested parties from the retail sector to come together and engage in discussion.
Save the Date
The date is now confirmed: on April 23 and 24, 2026, our annual BargeldDialog Retail will take place. Staying true to tradition, we will meet again in Leipzig. The 2026 venue: in the city center of Leipzig. Everyone interested in learning more about cash management in retail is warmly invited. We are equally looking forward to welcoming our long-standing existing customers from retail companies as well as new faces and potential prospects.
Participation in our event remains free of charge – this also applies to the evening event.
The name says it all
In line with the motto “Never change a running system,” this year’s BargeldDialog will continue to follow its clear principle: dialogue. The name is therefore to be taken quite literally. What is currently driving the industry? Where do decision-makers see the greatest challenges? What is urgently needed to relieve pressure in cash management?
Our goal is to find answers to these questions together. To achieve this, we will look back at past success stories, take a forward-looking perspective toward the “future of cash processes,” and broaden our horizons beyond the retail sector – exploring developments in the cash-in-transit industry and potential changes from the German Bundesbank.
We are particularly pleased to welcome contributions from our esteemed customers Dr. Markus Lehnert (Managing Director at BS Beck Sicherheitsdienst GmbH & Co. KG and Board Member of the BDGW Federal Association of German Cash and Valuables Services) and Heinz Spiegelmacher (Managing Director of ZIEMANN SICHERHEIT Holding GmbH and Board Member of Cash Logistik Security AG). Their recent interviews also demonstrate that they have much to share and provide valuable insights into the industry:

Efficiency boost for daily operations
In addition to theory, practice is also essential. After all, our BargeldDialog aims to show retailers opportunities to simplify cash processes and daily operations – through greater efficiency, transparency, and security. Therefore, updates for our existing customers and insights for potential interested parties are on the agenda.
New features and modules of our software solutions will be presented and explained. At the center for retail is our platform for managing all cash processes: Interactive Cash Control (ICC).

- Fraud and theft prevention at the point of sale and cash desk
- Efficient counting of cash registers and safes using the ICC app
