Complex cash management projects? Our project managers always maintain an overview. They bring structure to every phase, connect people, requirements and technologies and thus create the basis for smooth project completion. With a keen sense of priorities and dynamics as well as a great deal of empathy, they lead customer projects to their goal.
 

Pacesetter, coordinator, companion!

From the initial idea to implementation, our project managers accompany our customers towards more efficient cash management. They create structures, draw up schedules, coordinate deadlines and always keep an overview. But presenting our solutions to potential new customers, analyzing requirements and supporting implementation and migration projects, training and support during the rollout phase are also part of their day-to-day business.

This makes our experienced colleagues the central point of contact for customers in all project phases. They listen, think along and always keep an eye on requests, deadlines and developments. Our customers appreciate the structured processes as well as the trust and transparency that our project managers convey at every stage.  

A strong quintet

Our project management team currently consists of five employees - all with sound practical experience and different product and industry focuses for customers and projects from the banking, cash-in-transit and retail sectors.

In line with the interlocking processes of the various players in the cash cycle, there are also interfaces between the different project managers. Flat hierarchies, an open exchange and close cooperation on overlapping topics are therefore a matter of course. The team is also united by a common goal: to support projects in such a way that they have a lasting effect and create added value for our customers.

Projects - with structure and vision

What does a project look like for our employees and our customers? It typically begins with a presentation of our solutions - in person or digitally. This is followed - after a process analysis and, if necessary, process adaptations - by an individually tailored offer, on the basis of which a project plan is jointly developed after commissioning. This forms the basis for all further steps: from implementation support to user training and rollout.

Once the project has been completed, the team remains in close contact with our customers: Our project managers are available at all times for queries, adjustments or new requirements. They know the contact persons, the processes within the organizations and the associated challenges and can therefore react quickly and pragmatically.

In addition to implementation projects and ongoing customer support, project management is also involved in the further development of our products. Requirements from the field flow directly into development via project management and thus into the design of new functions.

Safely through stormy seas

Even with the best planning, changes can occur. It is at these moments that the value of good cooperation becomes apparent. This is when our project management relies on regular exchanges, quick meetings and mutual support. Challenges are not solved in isolation, but as a team - together, purposefully and with a wealth of experience.

This culture of openness ensures that every hurdle can be overcome quickly. And it strengthens the sense of togetherness not only among ourselves, but also towards our customers. After all, everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Open to new ideas

The world of project management is changing - and with it the requirements for tools, methods and processes. That's why continuous further training is a matter of course for the team. Whether new digital tools, agile methods or cross-project communication: our project managers stay on the ball and actively shape change. Treating each other with respect and openness is just as important to the team as professional expertise.
