Leipzig, 05.03.2024. ALVARA | Digital Solutions will host the Cash Dialog Retail on 25.04.2024 from 9 am to 2 pm. For several years now, the leading European provider of track-and-trace software solutions for cash circulation has been offering the event as a platform that focuses on exchanges about new opportunities in retail. The workshop character remains the same this year. However, one thing has changed: for the first time, the Cash Dialog Retail will not take place in Leipzig. The meeting point in 2024: the dm-dialogicum, the company headquarters of dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG in Karlsruhe. Participation is free of charge. Registration deadline is 11.04.2024.
The retail sector today faces a multitude of challenges regarding cash logistics and cash management. Keeping pace requires, through dialogue, identifying problems, discussing established solutions, and finding new approaches. Current and important topics are on the agenda, including developments in cash management, increasing digitization and automation of cash processes, and exchanges on optimization potentials. One aspect not to be missed this year: Artificial Intelligence. A focus of the event will thus be the AI-supported capture of vault inventory or the automated change order.
"A lively discussion forum for retailers. That was the aim when we launched our Cash Dialog Retail in 2015. After short impulse lectures by our ALVARA experts, participants are asked to share practical experiences, think about solutions, or ask questions that occupy them at the moment," said Steven Schwarznau, managing director of ALVARA | Digital Solutions. "As always, the doors are open to existing customers, new customers, and all interested parties."
In addition, ALVARA | Digital Solutions offers an exclusive event for existing customers on 24.04.2024, starting at 12 pm. Here, participants jointly review current releases, innovations like the Manager Cockpit, or extensions in the digital driver testing with ALVARA. Artificial Intelligence finds its place in the form of automated counting of coin rolls via the ICC App. "We also want to deliver added value to our existing customers. Hence, the idea arose to precede the public Cash Dialog Retail on 25.04.2024 with an event focused on daily operations: Where have we adapted our solutions? What developments have we met as a result? And how do the innovations work concretely?" explains Steven Schwarznau.
Two events. One objective. The Cash Dialog Retail is intended to offer ALVARA customers, potential new customers, and interested retailers the opportunity to find solution approaches for current issues. For future-proof, efficient, and transparent cash management.
