ALVARA and Safelogy combine competencies and benefit from synergies

After a successful year in 2019, ALVARA and Safelogy are tackling new projects together. The focus remains on combining their respective core competencies. The first milestones, such as the integration of ALVARA ICC and Safelogy Monitoring, have already been achieved. Customers can now benefit from monitoring their Smart Safes and Deposit Safes/Recycler in addition to the classic ALVARA functions.

The ALVARA | Digital Solutions Group achieved important milestones in 2019 to combine the core competencies of ALVARA Cash Management Group AG and Safelogy SAS. With combined strength, they aim to expand their already existing market lead and reach new target audiences.

“We are pleased with the healthy growth of the group,” says Bernd Hohlfeld, Managing Director of the group. “Networking our solutions, finding a common language, and creating a strong image generate noticeable synergies that strengthen our market position. We want to further expand the gained presence this year.”

ALVARA ICC and Safelogy Monitoring are now already connected. Users can take advantage of ALVARA functions and additionally monitor their Smart Safes and Deposit Safes/Recycler. Moreover, ALVARA is currently testing the Safelogy Smart Safe app for the German market. On the other hand, Safelogy is incorporating an ALVARA module for optimizing cash orders and cash-in-transit services into its portfolio.

The core topics for retailers, banks, and savings banks this year, according to ALVARA | Digital Solutions experts, include cost reduction, logistics optimization, and the implementation of sustainability.

“Intelligent, forward-looking, and flexibly deployable solutions from the SME sector, which allow the integration of hardware and software, are in demand more than ever,” notes Hohlfeld. “Therefore, we will continue to develop innovative models in the ALVARA | Digital Solutions Group that advance our customers.”

Here, the different ranges of experience within the group can help. For instance, the extensive knowledge about processes in trade companies and financial institutions enables the development of tailored and demand-driven solutions.

“Our expertise and our commitment to developing highly secure applications are a crucial foundation for tapping into new markets,” summarizes Bernd Hohlfeld.

In addition to content collaboration, the group is planning further joint events. ALVARA and Safelogy will be, for example, participating in the ESTA in Dublin from November 15-17, 2020.
