First ALVARA User Meeting for Cash-in-Transit Companies

Best Practice Examples, New Solutions & User Exchange

ALVARA responded to numerous requests and held the first user meeting for cash-in-transit companies on April 25, 2018, similar to the Cash Dialogues with retailers and financial institutions.

Numerous participants took the opportunity to learn more about current topics related to ALVARA solutions and benefit from exchanges with other users.

In addition to best practice examples, the presentation of the further developed ALVARA Logistic App, including new modules for digital driver authentication and one-time code locks, was a main focus. From a current data protection perspective, the existing authentication lists pose significant challenges for cash-in-transit companies. The new tour scanner technology offers entirely new possibilities here.

We are delighted by the consistently positive feedback, stating that the event was found to be very interesting and informative. Above all, the exchange of experiences with other cash and value service providers was highly appreciated.

A continuation of the user meeting is definitely planned. ALVARA is expected to invite all cash-in-transit companies back to Leipzig again this fall.
